We pride ourselves on giving you a high-quality experience and all our products are carefully tested and expected prior to shipping. If you feel a purchased product does not meet our standards, you may submit a return request.
The following are the guidelines for returning:
An email must be sent to email@example.com stating the order number, issue, and request for a refund no later than 14 days after the purchase was made. You will be required to pay for the shipping costs to return the product. Once we have received the product, we conduct an inspection. To be eligible for return, the following must apply:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in the same condition you received it
We will be in touch within 3-5 business days after we received the product and if your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The Lovely Haze reserves the right to reject any returns that fail to meet the above standards and present evidence that the product met our standards for quality.
